Do you make the items in this shop yourself?
Yes! Besides the vintage items, I am the sole designer and craftswoman behind every item in my shop!

Where do you source your materials from?
I source my materials from local craft stores, and I also try to support other smaller business owners by purchasing their products, both of whom provide items which are manufactured in the United States, as well as other various regions around the world. The yarns, in particular, that I use are sold by an American based company, but are produced in Turkey.

Do you have any other photographer's work up in this shop?
Yes. My talented husband, Anthony Dias, takes all the location shots mainly featured in the Lookbooks. All the other product shots are my own.

What have other people already purchased?
You can visit to see all the items that have been sold from the shop.

Can you share your crochet patterns with me?
In an attempt to uphold the quality and originality of Oh Leander products, I maintain that their process be kept a trade secret. For this reason, although I am flattered at your interest in replicating one of my items, I do not share or sell my crochet patterns. Apologies.

Are you interested in purchasing ad space on our blog or in our magazine?
Although I appreciate the advertising offer, and thank you for reaching out to me, I am unable to partake in any paid ad promotion at the moment. If you would still like to feature my shop, or any of my products on your blog or in your magazine, I am more than happy to permit the use of my images, but please request that the shop and I be properly credited and/or linked.

Can I borrow your designs to make products of my own?
Sorry, no. Any imitation of my work is a violation of rights regarding my intellectual property. I have worked hard on my designs from conception to completion, and would like my ideas to remain unique, as I'm sure you would like the same to be said for your own. Thanks.


What forms of payment does this shop accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments, all available through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from Oh Leander. At checkout, you are able to pay with any of the above listed options, without being obligated to sign up for anything.

Can I make a custom order?
I always consider custom order requests. Please send me a message with a description of what you would like, and I'll see what I can do.

Do you offer wholesale options?
At the moment, I do not offer wholesale options due to time it takes to craft most of my products.


When will my order be shipped?
I make every effort to ship your items within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship First Class worldwide from the United States, using USPS.

Please be familiar with your country’s Customs Regulations. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed beyond the US postage that I pay when shipping. And in addition, are expected to understand his or her own country's rules and regulations regarding additional fees, and what can be shipped into their country.

Any other shipping options?
I ship domestic packages via Priority Mail 2-Day through USPS, and most domestic orders come with tracking included. All international buyers have the option of purchasing tracking, however, upgrading to faster delivery and tracking will raise your shipping charges. Please contact me if you would like to purchase tracking for your order, and I will be happy to set it up for you!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, US orders take anywhere between 2-4 days to reach their destination, and International delivery typically takes about 1-2 weeks, not including the extra time if package is held up in customs.

Do you refund shipping overages?
If for some reason I grossly overestimate shipping costs, you will absolutely be refunded the difference!

Refunds and Exchanges?
I pride myself on being very easy to work with, and doing whatever I can to make my customers happy! If there is an issue with your order, please message me describing the problem, as I am more than willing to work with you.

Unfortunately, unless there has been a mistake made on my part, I cannot accept returns, or issue refunds. However, depending on the circumstances, I am able offer exchanges.

Shipping charges are not refundable and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive your exchange only after the item has been returned to me in its original condition.
